Just a quick hour or so at lunchtime. Wind was cross-on but tricky to get out as the white water was close together which didn't give much time to get going between waves. Some good jump practice which I need. I lost hold of my kit on one wave so I had a good swim after it as the rip took it towards Aberdovey. So not the best but much better than sitting at my desk listening to the wind.
